If there was a parenthetical addition to the longest song title in my catalog it would be (A Letter From Our Demons). I’m afforded the freedom to narrate from the first person even if I’m not the narrator. These words are from your best kept secret, your worst enemy...whatever devil plagues you the most. The hunt and they haunt. They’re scratching at your door with every intent of destroying you. We’ve all got a handful if not more. As eerie as the production is on this tune, the lyric and melody are meant to be another addition to RECOIL as a body of work. If there’s good, bad, and ugly on this record, this is the ugly in all it’s dark glory.
