The songs are piled high and it’s time to make another record. This time around, I’m taking an entirely different approach. I wanna do something out of the box—something that strips away the headaches of being a DIY artist and reignites my passion for making art. I want y’all to be a part of this — you are the ones who have gotten me this far. So I’ve partnered with Pledge Music once again to do this thing right so everyone wins.

By pledging, you are directly supporting the process of making and releasing this new album: recording, mixing, mastering, manufacturing, and marketing. I don’t want to just stop at 100%, so keep spreading the project to your fellow music loving friends…the more, the merrier, and the better I can push this album to the world.

In return, I’ll be posting videos, tracks, photos, blogs, rants, musings…..whatever the hell it is that goes on during the project’s life. You’ll be behind the scenes with me through it all.

Hey everybody–

Hope y’all had a good holiday season and rang in the new year with people you love. We did an NYE gig in Destin, FL complete with monster pyrotechnics thanks to Baytown Wharf! Dream come true.

2012 is officially upon us and I’ve got a bunch of new things in the works. We start recording the new album in Nashville in February and I couldn’t be more excited to get back in the studio. I think it’s gonna be a different vibe this time around–the songs are starting to take shape and I can’t wait to share them with y’all. I played an early version of one of the new tunes called ‘Ain’t Much More to Say’ at the Serial Box session in Houston a few months back. It is available along with 4 other songs for FREE. No strings attached. Acoustic versions of ‘Fire Escape’, ‘Missed Me’, and ‘Element’ along with the new song and a Foo Fighters cover. Enjoy!
